Dr. Randall Lee Webster, husband of Mrs. Betsey Piper Webster and the Senior Pastor of Bethel Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Columbia; Tennessee; the District Coordinator of the 13th Episcopal District Sons of Allen and served as the Recording Secretary for the Connectional Sons of Allen, and was a civic organization leader
