The Reverend Tyrone A. Broomfield served the African Methodist Episcopal Church on all level; he was Presiding Elder of the North Little Rock-Ft. Sharlene Henley of the 6th Episcopal District was a faithful servant of the African Methodist Episcopal Church whose ministry and leadership left an enduring impact across the Sixth Episcopal District. She served at St. Luke A.M.E. Church, St. Simons Island (1992) and faithfully pastored Bethel A.M.E. Church, Surrency, Georgia from 1991–2018, completing 27 years of dedicated pastoral service
